In plain words

Radiant with the golden glow of earrings and the Kaustubha gem, bearing the gentle marks of Lakṣmī’s bracelets from her embrace: leaving behind all dullness, may my mind rest forever in that blessed neck of the Lord.

Close to the Sanskrit

Enhanced by the abundant radiances rising from the neck ornaments and golden earrings, and even of the Kaustubha gem, shining with multicolored splendor, sealed by the marks of Ramā's wrist-bracelets in her embrace, may my mind, leaving behind its dull state, dwell in this auspicious neck of Vaikuṇṭha.
