In plain words
May the radiant lower lip of Lord Vishnu—which brings joy to Goddess Lakshmi, glows with a soft reddish hue, expertly fills the divine conch with sound, and outshines the brilliance of the teeth like a cluster of stars—be present for us to destroy the darkness of our sins.
Close to the Sanskrit
Bestower of joy to Padma, whose edge is suffused with shining red beauty, who at various times is expert in filling the best conch with moon-like sound; situated within the space of the face, utterly overshadowing the radiance of the tooth-star-flood—may that radiant lip of the Lord of Sri be for the destruction of our sin-darkness.
