In plain words

May the dark, bee-like locks of Viṣṇu's hair—flowing down from His crown like the Yamunā competing with the Ganges on Śiva's head, or resembling Rāhu eager for the moon-like face—forever bestow complete grace upon us.

Close to the Sanskrit

May that line of the Lord's locks—resembling a row of bees, adorned with blue lotuses, flowing down from the head as if out of rivalry with the celestial Ganges on Śiva's head, or perhaps being Rāhu approaching the face with a mind restless from the delusion of the full moon-digit—which is beheld by people, ever grant all auspiciousness to us.
