Verse 15

In plain words

The Supreme Lord of deities like Brahmā, limitless across space, time, and substance, the supreme person transcending both the perishable and the imperishable as well as cause and effect—he who praises that Lord through the thousand names by chanting His qualities, ever vigilant and ceaselessly dedicated, the person—so called because he dwells within the bodily city or because he is full—attains the state of moving beyond all sorrow: this result connects with every action described here. The following verse answers the fourth question.

Close to the Sanskrit

The god of the shining ones headed by Brahmā, endless from the standpoint of space, time, and substance and thus unlimited, the supreme person transcendent over the perishable and imperishable as well as cause and effect, praising with a thousand names—that is, singing his attributes—being constantly arisen and incessantly engaged, the person—puruṣa because of lying in the city or because of fullness—'might transcend all suffering': this connects everywhere. By the subsequent verse the fourth question is answered.
