In plain words

Worshipping that very imperishable Lord externally at all times with complete devotion and intentness; meditating upon Him inwardly; praising and bowing before Him as previously described—praise and bowing being the culminating acts of worship—the seeker acts as the sacrificer, the worshipper, and the enjoyer of the fruit. Alternatively, the word 'worshipping' encompasses both forms of worship, while 'meditating, praising, and bowing' refer respectively to mental, verbal, and physical actions.

Close to the Sanskrit

Worshipping that very one externally, performing external worship constantly in all times, devotion being worship, profound intent, by that devotion the imperishable person—devoid of destruction and modification—and meditating upon that very one, performing internal worship, praising, bowing with devotion in the manner previously stated, both constituting the remainder of worship characterized by praise and salutation—the sacrificer, the worshipper, the enjoyer of the fruit. Or else, by 'arcayan' twofold worship is spoken of. By 'meditating, praising, and bowing' the mental, verbal, and bodily are spoken of.
