Verse 173

विश्वं विष्णुर्वषट्कारो भूतभव्यभवत्प्रभुः ।भूतकृद्भूतभृद्भावो भूतात्मा भूतभावनः ॥ १४ ॥

In plain words

The universe itself. Viṣṇu, the all-pervading. The vaṣaṭ-cry at the fire. Lord of what has been, what is yet to come, and what is happening now. Maker of beings, carrier of beings, Being. The Self inside every being, and the one who brings every being into life.
