Verse 178

प्रणवं हीश्वरं विन्द्यात्सर्वस्य हृदये स्थितम् ।सर्वव्यापिनमोंकारं ज्ञात्वा धीरो न शोचति ॥

Know Om as the Lord himself, seated in the heart of every being. Having known that Om pervades everything, the steady one does not grieve.
