The works of Ādi Śaṅkarācārya

Viṣṇusahasranāmastotram

Verse 2

सच्चिदानन्दरूपाय कृष्णायाक्लिष्टकारिणे ।नमो वेदान्तवेद्याय गुरवे बुद्धिसाक्षिणे ॥ १ ॥

In plain words

To the one whose whole nature is being, awareness, joy — to Kṛṣṇa, who does everything and is never worn out by the doing. To the one the Vedānta alone can point to, to the teacher, to the witness of every movement of my mind: I bow.

Close to the Sanskrit

To him whose nature is being, consciousness, and bliss; to Kṛṣṇa, the doer of untroubled deeds; salutation to him who is to be known through the Vedānta, to the teacher, to the witness of the intellect.
