इति भगवद्गीतासु ।अहं हरिः सर्वमिदं जनार्दनो नान्यत्ततः कारणकार्यजातम् ।ईदृङ्मनो यस्य न तस्य भूयो भवोद्भवा द्वन्द्वगदा भवन्ति ॥इति विष्णुपुराणे ।

So says the Bhagavad-gītā. And the Viṣṇu Purāṇa says: "I am Hari. All of this is Janārdana. Nothing is other than him — not one item in the whole tribe of causes and effects. The man whose mind is like that never again falls sick with the opposites that come of being born."
