In plain words

Being of the very nature of supreme bliss, He is dear, sought through sacrifice, and cherished by all. Because He dwells within everyone as the inner controller, He is the same in all. He is beloved by the wise, and the wise are beloved by Him, as the Lord declares: 'The wise person is exceedingly dear to Me, and I am dear to him.' He is adored by the illumined. Adorned with a crest of peacock feathers, He is Śikhaṇḍī, bearing the guise of a cowherd. Because He binds beings with His illusion, He is Nahuṣa. He is Vṛṣa because He showers down all desired fruits, embodying righteousness itself—as the Mahabharata proclaims: 'Know Me, O Bharata, as Vṛṣa, the Lord and righteousness.' He is Krodhahā because He destroys the hostility of the virtuous, and Krodhakṛt because He directs righteous wrath toward the wicked. The manifested universe is the action, and He is its maker, according to the Vedic declaration: 'He who is the maker of these beings and to whom this action belongs—He truly is to be known.' Alternatively, the name signifies the destroyer of those demons who generate malice. As the universal support, or because His arms extend everywhere, He is Viśvabāhu.

By the nature of supreme bliss dear, desired through sacrifice or desired; as the inner controller of all, undistinguished. Dear to the wise or having the wise as those desired by him, from the scriptural statement 'The wise one is extremely dear to me and I am dear to him'; or desired and worshipped by the wise, hence Viśteṣṭa. Having a peacock plume and cluster as his ornament, thus Śikhaṇḍī, the wearer of a cowherd's garb. Because he binds beings through illusion, therefore Nahuṣa. From showering desires, Vṛṣa is righteousness, as stated in the Mahabharata: 'Know me, O Bharata, to be Vṛṣa, the Lord and righteousness declared in lexical names.' Destroying the anger of the good, hence Krodhahā. Making anger towards the wicked, hence Krodhakṛt. Action is the world which is made, of that he is the maker, from the Vedic text 'Of these persons who is the maker and whose indeed is that action, he truly is to be known.' Or one name is the maker or cutter of those who create anger like demons. As the support for all, or having all as his arms, hence Viśvabāhu, 'from all sides...'
