In plain words
Because he pervades everywhere, worshipped by the worthy, he is the radiant God, as the sacred text declares: 'The one God.' He in whose womb the universe resides as majesty and power is Śrīgarbha. He is the Supreme Lord, who rules all, for the divine word affirms: 'The Supreme Lord is seated equally within all beings.' He is the primary instrument, the material and efficient cause in the creation of the universe. As the independent creator who fashions this wondrous world, he is Vikartā, the Lord Viṣṇu. Because his true nature, power, and activity cannot be fathomed, he is Gahana, the unfathomable. And because he conceals his true essence through his own playful power of illusion, he is Guha, the hidden one.
Close to the Sanskrit
By those worthy of praise he goes everywhere, therefore he is Deva, from the scriptural text 'one Deva'. Śrī, majesty, of whom within the belly the world-form is situated in his womb, he is Śrīgarbha. Supreme and of the nature of ruling is Parameśvara, from the divine utterance 'standing equally in all beings, Parameśvara'. The most effective instrument in the production of the world. Material and efficient cause. The independent doer. Because the manifold world is done, he is Vikartā, that very Lord Viṣṇu. Because his essential nature, power, or action cannot be known, he is Gahana. Because he conceals or covers his essential nature and others by his own māyā, he is Guha.
