Verse 425

महर्षिः कपिलाचार्यः कृतज्ञो मेदिनीपतिः ।त्रिपदस्त्रिदशाध्यक्षो महाशृङ्गः कृतान्तकृत् ॥ ७० ॥

In plain words

The great seer. Kapila, the teacher. The one who knows every deed that is done. Lord of the earth. He who crossed all worlds in three strides. He who presides over the gods and over waking, dream and sleep alike. He of the great horn, to which the boat of the world was tied. He who brings the end to everything that was ever made. (70)
