He bestows grace upon His devotees, and so He is known as Śrīda—the Giver of Glory. As the Lord of Śrī, He is Śrīśa. Because He eternally abides within the hearts of the fortunate, He is Śrīnivāsa. In Him, the embodiment of all power, all majesties find their resting place, earning Him the name Śrīnidhi. He distributes diverse fortunes to every living being in accordance with their actions, thus He is Śrīvibhāvana. Holding upon His chest the mother of all beings, He is Śrīdhara. And because He brings supreme welfare to those who remember, praise, and worship Him, He is called Śrīkara.
