In plain words

He is Sadbhūti because the Supreme Self is pure existence and consciousness, free from all internal and external distinctions as scripture declares: 'One only, without a second.' Because it is never sublated and shines by its own light, it is absolute reality; the phenomenal world is neither ultimately real nor totally non-existent, for its illusory appearance is sublated by scriptural and logical insight. He is Satparāyaṇa because He is the supreme refuge of the wise and knowers of truth. He is Śūrasena because His forces include valiant warriors led by Hanuman. He is Yaduśreṣṭha as the foremost among the Yadu lineage. He is the ultimate abode and refuge for the virtuous and enlightened. Radiant associations connected with the Yamuna, Devaki, Vasudeva, Nanda, Yashoda, and Balabhadra...

Scriptural or logical sublation of the phenomenal world is intended here. Satparāyaṇa because He is the supreme and excellent refuge of the good and the knowers of truth. Śūrasena because He has an army in which warriors headed by Hanuman possess valor. Yaduśreṣṭha because He is the foremost of the Yadus on account of being prominent among them. The refuge and abode of the good and the wise. Auspicious Yamuna-related [events involving] Devaki, Vasudeva, Nanda, Yashoda, Balabhadra...
