In plain words
One bow — even one — offered to Kṛṣṇa and offered properly, weighs as much as the final ablution that crowns ten horse-sacrifices. And the man who performed those ten sacrifices comes round to birth again. The one who bowed to Kṛṣṇa is not headed for another becoming.
Close to the Sanskrit
Even one bow, well made to Kṛṣṇa, is equal to the concluding ablution of ten horse-sacrifices. The performer of ten horse-sacrifices goes again to birth; the one who has bowed to Kṛṣṇa is not for becoming again.
