भक्तानां पुरुषोत्तमे ॥ १३३ ॥न क्रोधः न लोभः नाशुभा मतिः इत्यन्वयम्; क्रोधादयो न भवन्ति, मात्सर्यं च न भवतीत्यर्थः ॥

In plain words

…of those devoted to the Supreme Person. || 133 || Take the words in this order: no anger, no greed, no unclean turn of mind. The sense is that anger and the rest simply do not arise in them — and neither does envy.
