Viṣṇusahasranāmastotram

Verse 71

In plain words

He is the eternal among all things eternal, the supreme consciousness within all conscious beings, who fulfills the desires of the many. Those wise souls who realize him dwelling within their own hearts attain eternal peace, and no one else.

Close to the Sanskrit

The eternal among eternals, the conscious being among conscious beings, who, being one, dispenses the desires of many — those steady ones who perceive Him situated within the self, theirs is eternal peace, not of others.
