In plain words
Every distinction in it has dissolved, yet its own nature is never lost. Still, like an ocean without a single wave. Free — always, and by nature, not by effort. Whole, undivided in itself. That is Brahman. And that is you. Hold it within.
Close to the Sanskrit
That whose distinctions have vanished, [yet] whose [essential] nature is not lost; motionless like a waveless mass of water; eternally free; of undivided form — that Brahman [is]: thou art That; contemplate [this] within yourself.
