In plain words
It appears as countless things — different names, shapes, qualities, changes — but only because of illusion. Like gold shaped into many different ornaments, it is itself never actually altered, not for a single moment. That is Brahman. And that is you. Hold it within.
Close to the Sanskrit
That which, though [one], appears in many ways due to illusion, in the form of name, form, quality, and modification — like gold [appearing as many ornaments] — [yet remains] itself always unmodified — that Brahman [is]: thou art That; contemplate [this] within yourself.
