In plain words
The more the mind settles inward, the more it lets go of its outward-pulling impressions. And when those impressions are released completely, the direct experience of the Self comes through with nothing left blocking it.
Close to the Sanskrit
To whatever extent the mind is established inwardly, to that same extent it releases external latent impressions. When there is complete release of the latent impressions, the direct experience of the Self is free of obstruction.
