। ॥ ३६० ॥

In plain words

The grub drops everything else and contemplates only the wasp, and wasp is what it becomes. It's the same for the yogi: give your whole mind to the truth of the highest Self, hold nothing back, and that undivided attention is what carries you into becoming it.

Close to the Sanskrit

Having cast off attachment to any other activity, the grub, meditating on the wasp, indeed attains wasp-nature; in the very same way, the yogi, having meditated on the truth of the supreme Self, attains it through undivided absorption in it.
