। । ॥ ४२८ ॥
In plain words
That state of mind — free of every mental construct, made of pure awareness alone, sunk completely into the oneness of Brahman and the Self once both have been rightly seen — that is what true wisdom means. And whoever holds that wisdom always, without a single break, is the one called liberated while still alive.
Close to the Sanskrit
The mental mode that is free of mental construction, consisting purely of consciousness, immersed in the oneness of Brahman and the Self once both are rightly ascertained — this is called wisdom. He in whom that wisdom is always present is regarded as liberated-while-living.
