In plain words
For those who know, prārabdha is the strongest of the three — it burns out only by being lived through to its end. The other two, the karma stored from before and the karma still to come, are consumed entirely in the fire of true knowledge. But for those who have seen the oneness of Brahman and the Self, and who live, always, wholly absorbed in that — for them none of the three karmas exist at all, anywhere. They themselves are nothing but Brahman, beyond every quality.
Close to the Sanskrit
Prārabdha is indeed the strongest for the knowers; its exhaustion comes through experiencing it. Dissolution of the previously-accumulated and the yet-to-come [karmas] comes through the fire of right knowledge. For those who, having seen the oneness of Brahman and the Self, remain always established by identity with That — for them that triad does not exist anywhere at all; they themselves are Brahman alone, the attributeless.
