। ॥ ५५१ ॥
In plain words
A log tossed on a current drifts wherever the water takes it, into low ground or high. In just the same way, this body is carried along by destiny, through whatever it is fated to experience, each thing arriving in its own time.
Close to the Sanskrit
As a log of wood is carried by a current to low and high places, so the body is carried by destiny through its allotted experiences, according to time.
