। ॥ ५५३ ॥
In plain words
He doesn't push his senses out toward objects, and he doesn't pull them back either - he simply stays put, as the one who watches. He doesn't want even a little bit of what any action might yield, because his mind is already drunk on the thick wine of his own bliss.
Close to the Sanskrit
This one neither engages the senses in sense-objects, nor withdraws them, remaining fixed in the character of the mere witness; he does not even slightly desire the fruit of action, his mind blissfully intoxicated from drinking the dense nectar of his own bliss.
