Verse 3

सदाशिवोक्तानि सपादलक्षलयावधानानि वसन्ति लोके ।नादानुसन्धानसमाधिमेकं मन्यामहे मान्यतमं लयानाम् ॥ २ ॥

In plain words

Sadāśiva named a hundred and twenty-five thousand ways to dissolve the mind, and all of them are in circulation in the world. Of all these dissolvings, we hold one highest: the samādhi of following nāda, the inner sound.

One hundred twenty-five thousand attention-practices for absorption, spoken by Sadāśiva, dwell in the world; among absorptions we hold the one samādhi of following the inner sound to be the most worthy of honour.
