ओड्याणजालन्धरमूलबन्धैरुन्निद्रितायामुरगाङ्गनायाम् ।प्रत्यङ्मुखत्वात्प्रविशन्सुषुम्नां गमागमौ मुञ्चति गन्धवाहः ॥ ६ ॥
In plain words
The three locks — belly, throat, root — wake the coiled serpent from her sleep. Turned inward now, the breath that carries every scent enters the suṣumnā, and lets go of going and coming.
Close to the Sanskrit
When, by the oḍyāṇa, jālandhara and mūla locks, the serpent-woman has been roused from sleep, the fragrance-bearing wind, entering the suṣumnā because of its inward-turned condition, releases its going and its coming.
