The jīva that has gone to nirvāṇa in the Self, ever-risen in its own being, though it engages in vyavahāra without relish, O Rāmabhadra, comes into no attachment with the fruit born of karma, because attachment has gone from it -- and it bears, as it were, the burden of the body.
