In plain words
Īśvara’s manifested world disappears at cosmic dissolution, yet that alone has never liberated anyone. Even while place, time and body remain, discernment can destroy the jīva’s delusion and yield jīvanmukti. Bonding delusions belong to the individual’s ignorance, not to Paśupati.
