In plain words
Some, scorched by anger or suffering, say ‘I will kill myself’ and destroy the body. Do not mistake this for hatred of the Self. The body that is cast away is not the one who casts it away. The anger is toward the body or its pain; the Self itself is never hated, even for a moment.
