In plain words

Why should one leave the single happiness of Brahman and return outward? Prārabdha, the momentum of former action, draws the sleeper back into waking. Even after rising, for a few moments the taste of deep-sleep happiness has not left, while outward activity has not fully begun; that lingering fragrance of bliss is Vāsanānanda.
