In plain words
May the light of Kāmākṣī's gentle smile make my heart clear. It rests on her lower lip, which always outdoes the bandhujīva flower, is friend to young red shoots, and hides the pure row of her teeth; yet the smile itself is spotless and always makes the minds of those who bow wholly pure.
Word for word
Always surpassing-bandhujīva the lower lip, friendship-having with shoots, of the pure twice-born-circle and the concealer though resting on, which spotless always indeed of the bowing the mind purifies greatly, of Kāmākṣī the heart may make serene my that gentle-smile-light.
