। ॥

In plain words

May the moonlight of Kāmākṣī's smile take away the rising heat of my saṃsāra. It is ever hostile to darkness and helps the night lilies open, it rocks to and fro in the open court of the palace that is the young-moon-crested Lord's body, and it makes the ocean of jñāna in good minds surge over its shores.

Word for word

Hostile to darkness again and again, night-lily-help giving, going in the young-moon-crested-body-mansion-courtyard to swinging, the knowledge-ocean-waves of the good bank-overflowing making, of Kāmākṣī the smile-moonlight may remove my saṃsāra-heat-rise.
