In plain words
May the sprouts of Kāmākṣī's smile have power to bring the auspicious to dawn in me: above them the pearl at her nose tip moves like a drop flung from them, at her throat the necklace comes to them like a needy one seeking a helping hand, and the redness of her lips, like a kinsman, lends them colour of its own accord.
Word for word
Whose a drop like above moved the nose-tip-pearl; whose a needy like at the throat goes the necklace to hand-support; whose a kinsman like of the lips the redness gives itself colouring; of Kāmākṣī may avail those my for Śiva-joy smile-sprouts.
