In plain words

O Śrī Kāmākṣī, may the trickle of your smile's nectar stir in me. Though it angers the king of the twice-born, the moon, it keeps constant company with the twice-born, your teeth; though it goes far beyond the path of speech, it is always speech's companion; though it is hard for bound souls to reach, it unwearyingly brings delight to the Lord of bound souls.

Word for word

Angered-dvijarāja though, ceaselessly making with dvijas company; speech-path-far-going though, always its companionship bearing; unwearied paśu-hard-to-get though, producing in the Lord of paśus delight; Śrī Kāmākṣī, your smile-nectar-juice-trickle in me may throb.
