In plain words

For those who bear a body, saṃsāra does not exist in truth; what talk can there even be of bondage? For one who is free, who has never known bondage, the work of liberation is empty. This error of a snake in a rope, of a ghoul in a shadow, breeds false bewilderment. Give up nothing; take hold of nothing. Play, at rest in yourself, just as you are.
