In plain words

The ānanda here is not like the intoxication of wealth and wine, nor at all like union with a woman. The rising of prakāśa is not at all like the flood of radiance made by a lamp, the sun or the moon. The joy is the ground of the happiness of freedom from heaped-up difference, like the setting down of a burden. The rising of prakāśa is the finding of the state of complete non-duality, a forgotten treasure.
