In plain words

In the movement of prāṇa, the seeing of sameness. And when, for him who has entered the supreme state in this way, there is again a flowing out, by the very nature of things, then: Prāṇa has been refined by the fragrance of Śakti, whose nature is supreme pulsing radiance. When it moves (cāra) well (sam) and a little (ā), slowly, slowly, outward, by the strength of the inner firm hold in which every knot has opened, there is a seeing, an awareness, that is the same, of one form, as dense with consciousness and bliss. That is, by implication, it is his in every state. And the Ānandabhairava says: "Leaving worldly conduct, let him take refuge in non-duality, which grants liberation. He who sees sameness among all the gods, likewise in caste, stage of life and the rest, and among substances: he is freed from all bonds." That is why it is said in the Pratyabhijñā: "Even in the flowing out of intellect and prāṇa, for those in whom no contraction is laid down by taking up outer place and the rest, there is only the gaining of one's own nature as the Self of the universe."
