In plain words
is the power of knowledge; and indeed the gross striving for its sake is called the power of action. From that the whole world stands. After that, the knowing of that effect whose mark is the universe is its being the power that makes it shine (for that effect, unknowable to all who perceive, shines in the self that is cit as though in the inner organ): that is the power of knowledge. Next, the striving whose fruit is the accomplishment of the effect in a gross form knowable to all knowers, and whose object is that of will itself, is the power of action. From that alone comes completion, because an effect fit for usage is gained: so it is said, ‘from that the whole world stands’.
