न केवलं जगन्निर्माण एवैवं, यावदेकैकघटकरणकालेऽपि एवं शक्तिरूपतेत्याहएवं सर्वसमुत्पत्तिकाले शक्तित्रयात्मता ।न निवृत्ता, नचौन्मुख्यं निवृत्तं, नापि निर्वृतिः ॥ २२ ॥
