In plain words

So he says that all are true: Thus the Śiva-tattva, whose nature is difference, is eternal and endless; since it is arranged so, there is truth even in what has many forms. ‘Whose nature is difference’ in the order stated, and not set apart from the difference of things. The differences too have it as their self; and for that very reason it is endless: were there a separate object, there would be an end, since that object would not come within its form. ‘Since it is arranged so’: since it is the nature of that Supreme Lord to be arranged so, there is truth itself ‘even in’ the universe ‘that has many forms’.
