In plain words

Since this is so, therefore: O Lord, having given over to You the works of speech, mind and body, and become made of You, might we, I hope, if only at some time, be free of the pairs? Whatever we say, imagine or do, holding everything as made of You alone, and for that very reason, by becoming made of You, ‘free of the pairs’, that is, with difference melted away, and likewise not overcome by any of the pairs, pleasure and pain and the rest: ‘if only’, that is, would that; ‘I hope’; ‘at some time’, that is, at some moment, might we be so.
