In plain words

Again, his heart welling up with the surge of the fullness of devotion, he says: Praiseworthy are they who, resting on the power of the mantra ‘Homage, homage to Śiva’, stand ready to enjoy the glory of Śaṃbhu. ‘To Śiva’, that is, to Him whose form is the highest good, a single mass of cit and ānanda; ‘homage, homage’, that is, without a break, again and again we offer in oblation what is made of body, prāṇa, puryaṣṭaka and the void, and through it the universe: those who in this way ‘rest on’, that is, have entered into, the greatness of that mantra in the true reality of its meaning, they are ‘praiseworthy’, ‘ready to enjoy’, that is, to savour in wonder as not different from their own Self, the ‘glory of Śaṃbhu’, which is made of great ānanda.
