In plain words
And devotion alone is the cause of fully knowing the reality of the Lord, nothing else: so he says: You are to be known, it is said, by those whose wealth of knowledge is unveiled, free of the pairs and unmoving; beyond telling are these who know You, O Dhūrjaṭi. ‘It is said’ points to scripture: so indeed it is stated in the traditions. By those alone whose ‘wealth of knowledge’ has gone forth ‘from the veil’, whose nature is non-recognition, is ‘free of the pairs’, that is, whose form is the supreme non-duality, and is ‘unmoving’, that is, unshaking, O ‘Dhūrjaṭi’, ‘are You to be known’, that is, do You shine forth as self-luminous. Therefore ‘beyond telling are these’, that is, these great souls are beyond the world, who see You, that is, who recognise You shining forth as not different from themselves.
