In plain words

This too is the Lord's uncommon excellence alone: so he says: The lordship that gives away the ocean of milk, where which of the gods did not toil to gain Śrī, the jewels and the nectar, is Yours alone and inborn, O all-pervading One. ‘Where’, that is, at the ocean of milk, ‘to gain’ Lakṣmī, the ‘jewels’, the Kaustubha, the Pārijāta and the rest, and the ‘nectar’, which of the ‘gods’, Upendra and the rest, did not ‘toil’? That is, all of them suffered torment. The lordship that gives away that ocean of milk, such a treasury of wonders, O ‘all-pervading One’, is ‘Yours alone and inborn’; another cannot win it even by a thousand worships; for it was You Yourself who gave the ocean of milk to the sage Upamanyu.
