In plain words
So, welling up with parāmarśa of the reality of the thing, such as this is, praising himself alone, he says: What misfortune is He not able to destroy, or what fortune not able to give? He who is that one is our beloved, the God of gods, whose banner is the bull. “The bull is dharma; it is indeed the God's quality, whose nature is seeing and action; since it holds the conscious and the insentient, it is therefore called dharma by the wise.” In the way stated thus in the venerable Maya, ‘the bull’ is dharma, whose nature is the oneness of savour of knowledge and action, and He whose ‘banner’, that is, mark, it is, is ‘our beloved’, that is, dear. What is He like? He says: ‘He who is that one’ is able to destroy what misfortune not? Rather, every one. Or to give what fortune not? Rather, every one.
