In plain words

And therefore: Those whose wealth is understanding, their heads held high by the ruby crown of bowing to Hara: to what other would they bow, or whom would they not make bow? ‘Of Hara’, that is, of the Great Lord: the ‘bowing’ itself is the ‘ruby crown’, that is, a crown made of jewels that shows forth sovereignty; by it their ‘heads are held high’, that is, their heads are lifted up. Those whose ‘wealth is understanding’, whose riches are the understanding of reality: to whom, Brahmā, Viṣṇu, Rudra or the rest, do they bow? To no one. And this is saying very little: whom, Brahmā or the rest, would they not make bow? That is, they would bring every one of them to bow to themselves.
