इयं विद्युत्सर्वेषां भूतानं मधु ।अस्यै विद्युतः सर्वाणि भूतानि मधु ।यश्चायमस्यां विद्युति तेजोमयोऽमृतमयः पुरुषो यश्चायमध्यात्मं तैजसस्तेजोमयोऽमृतमयः पुरुषोऽयमेव स योऽयमात्मा ।इदममृतमिदं ब्रह्मेदं सर्वम् ॥बृह. २,५.८ ॥
In plain words
This lightning is the honey of all beings, and all beings are the honey of this lightning. And the shining, immortal person who is in this lightning, and the shining, immortal person here in the body's heat — he is this Self. This is the immortal, this is Brahman, this is all.

Bṛhadāraṇyakopaniṣadbhāṣyam· bhāṣya
तथा विद्युत्, त्वक्तेजसि भवः तैजसः अध्यात्मम् ॥
In plain words
It is the same with lightning: within you, its counterpart is the heat born in your own skin.

So too the lightning: that which is born in the fire of the skin, the fiery one, with reference to the self.
