वैश्वानरः प्रविशति अतिथिर्ब्राह्मणो गृहान् ।तस्यैताꣳ शान्तिं कुर्वन्ति हर वैवस्वतोदकम् ॥ ७ ॥
In plain words
'Vaiśvānara [the fire, as] a Brāhmaṇa guest, enters the houses [of men]. For him they perform this rite of appeasement. Bring, O son of Vivasvat, the [guest-]water.'
