In plain words
And when he goes out from this body, he goes out together with all these. Speech gives up to him all names, and by speech he obtains all names. Breath gives up to him all odours, and by breath he obtains all odours. The eye gives up to him all forms, and by the eye he obtains all forms. The ear gives up to him all sounds, and by the ear he obtains all sounds. The mind gives up to him all thoughts, and by the mind he obtains all thoughts. This is the whole obtaining in the breath. What the breath is, that is wisdom; and what wisdom is, that is breath. For these two dwell together in this body and go out together. Now we shall explain how it is that all beings become one with this wisdom.
